I bought this to regulate a heat mat for my ball python's enclosure as recommended by many hobbyists even though that is not what it is marketed for. it is simple and easy to use and very effective and a great alternative to more expensive reptile thermostats. The suction cup that attaches the probe did not stick for me but I'm sure it could be cheaply replaced and I just stuck it on with duct tape to the mat itself and that worked for me. It shipped well and I will be buying more as I expand and get more cold blooded pets :-) great product!

This product is perfect...was only going to get the 10x20 mat and so glad I got the larger. I could fit 4 10x20 trays on my bottom shelf to germinate and them move trays up to top shelf once they poke their heads up from the soil. Had better then 95% germination in an unheated garage in Zone 6 with the mat set for 80 deg. Awesome!!
