Don't think it will do 12 sheets but does 6 well. Good enough for my needs. Planning on using the cross cut shredding as per bedding. Save on money and get rid of mail and docs. Not bad!

So far I am very happy with the way that the machine works. It lives up to its description. 12 sheets, credit cards, etc. . Slows down on heavier paper, but puts it through. The one minor drawback is that the container fills up pretty fast.
