These test hooks are functional but light duty. The banana plugs and wires are good quality but the test hooks are soft and cheaply constructed. They're fine for occasional use, but if I was using them everyday, I'd buy something more robust. Just gripping jumper wires or IC legs, the hooks will eventually straighten out over time and break the little slot of plastic they notch into making them useless.
