Just a piece of CAT5 network cable with a double female adapter. It works but no sheilding (RF might get in if you're using an amp) and not very flexible so you can't move it around much. Also, no protection for those darn tabs that break off. So if you are using it to extend the mic cable in a fixed position, it is OK.

I bought this because I had lost my factory cable. It is a good low cost option. However my radio is mounted under the rear seat and the cable is to short.

Before I purchased this, I wrote to RadioDan and explained that I was looking for an 8 conductor mic cable and this is what I thought I was getting. Instead, it turned out to be a piece of Cat5 networking cable.
