Great Vacuum
I have only used the Super Coach Pro Team Vacuum 3 times since it arrived. I am amazed at how easy it is to move around the house and how much I enjoy not dragging around the vacuum. and move it every few feet. Another noticeable difference is the amount of debris it picked up. I thought my home was clean until I opened it the first time. It can be a little difficult to turn in very tight spaces and a little heavy if the user has a bad back or shoulder problems. I am very pleased with my vacuum and believe it will improve the job of cleaning the more I learn how to use it.

3rd Pro Team vac
I have a Mega Vac, a Tail Vac and not this Super Coach Pro. I like the shape, easy in and out of closets, tight spaces. We sand hardwood floors, these vac get abused but hold up well. My Mega Vac is at least 15 years old. This Super Coach Pro is slimmer, way better straps. I like the cord holder to take tension off the connection. Its fairly quiet for a high performance vac. Easy latch system for bags and HEPA filters.

Need a Replacement or Honor the warranty
Well, I just bought this vacuum and open the box last week for the first time. At first, it was working great as all of my other vacuums which are the same brand. Then a couple of days later, is not working at all, it starts and it shuts off. I am Not sure what to do or who to ask for a replacement or for the warranty.
