I recommend it for serious tumblers. It is too small for commercial tumbling. It just does the job it was intending to do with a tumbler. I tumble a 3/4 full barrel for 10 days in my cool temp backyard shed for each step of the tumbling menu and it just hums along doing what I want it to. At the end of first step I check the progress and separate the stones than go on to finish grind from those that will get another 10 days of course grind step one. It is a well made machine. I have never experienced leak, broken belt, etc. but always am sure to clean and reclean the barrel and stones between steps, and lube the motor and bearings. Reading the instructions is important; and I suggest getting the book Modern Tumbling...

Delivery quick, just make sure to look in barrel for the motor. Took me awhile to find it. The rollers really squeak and have a hard time turning when filled 2/3 full of agate and water. Had to remove some material to get it rolling. Very quit unit. Much better than my National Geographic unit.

Call the real concern I have with the product is the motor seems to run very warm. I’m a little concerned that in a very short time the motor is going to burn down.

Take this advise. Apply a dry lubricant or if nothing else WD 40 to the shaft and poly bushings. Our unit squealed so loud until i did this then not a sound.

This tumbler performs as advertised. This tumbler takes the place of three tumblers I was using and does a supreme job. And it's made in the USA. I highly recommend this product.
