My wife uses this all over the house. We have two young kids and this handheld steam cleaner is great no chemicals. It cleans things that would take chemicals a lot longer to to clean up. pros - it works and does what you would expect it to do. cons - you get 15 seconds of steam and you have to reload. That takes 1/2 hour for the device to cool down for the safety sensors to allow taking the refill cap to be removed. Way to much time to refill compared to the amount of useful time.

Love it! Wish I had bought one years ago. I left a review earlier but this is worth another good review. It is useful for so many jobs around the house inside and out that everyone could appreciate using it to keep things clean and looking good which makes one feel good about themselves as well.
