I am skeptical of digital controls, but everything else looks and works great. My last one lasted 12 years that makes me happy. I originally got the 1st one to do chicken, now I modify them to roast my coffee beans. I roasted 2 yesterday with no problems. I should buy another so that I can do my chicken again. My roasting time has been shortened by 20 minutes meaning the heat stays in the unit and not lost threw the walls and door. This style looks compact and stylish. It should be easy to clean as it has a "slide in" protector and can be easily removed for cleaning. The old style you reached in to clean, this one is much more easy.
