The TC162 is no exception, it has the best grid leakage sensitivity I have ever seen in a tube tester. Not only was I impressed with the cosmetic condition and the compact size but the speed it could test tubes, even the tough dogs could not escape, "this is a must have" on your bench.

SENCOR out of South Dakota manufactured a great line of electronic test equipment and this little tube tester is a premium example of their high quality US made products. My hobby is restoring vintage tube radio sets and this SENCOR tester fits the bill. A real value to find one in such great shape, a tribute to American craftsmanship.
