Would not recommend for indoor use due to super high decibels. But it does fill up the tank well, takes about 5-6 minutes to fill up the tank initially, then it will kick back on after the psi has gone down a certain level. So not a compressor like you plug into your car at all. I knew this but have read other reviews where they did not realize what they were buying. Overall, it works but I probably would have went with a different one if I would have known how loud it was.

This unit is VERY noisy, best to use out doors when filling the tank. So far no problems, but you will need a water filter in line, also an in line ball valve to isolate from ran into hose. This way you can change out tool without draining tank. Also suggest safety connector at all end when it's used for home use, this will reduce the blow out when DISCONNECTING a device, much better than std. Push pull connectors.

This makes more noise than a jet engine, it takes quite a few minutes to get the tank pressure up to 80lbs,so best do it out side. Not to easy to carry around the hand grip is too short to get a good grip, separate top handle would have to been better. So far no problems added a ball valve just off the compressor to allow me to change the hose with out dumping the tank, all in all not a bad unit for home use at this price.

I mainly got this for changing grips on golf clubs with the secondary use of keeping up inflation on tires. The main purpose is being fulfilled with excellent results. I am very happy with the compressor (cost vs quality), and you will too, if you want bang for your buck.
