These bags are great! I buy the big bags of frozen veggies, which are cheaper than the steamer bags, take out what I need, seal them up in the bag and microwave them. I've used a medium size bag before but like the large size better since it will hold more and you don't want to overfill the bag. I love these bags so much I ordered 5 packs of them.
