I am selling my vintage Crown stereo audio system, which
consists of a Crown DC-300A Power Amplifier, Crown IC-150 Preamplifier, and
Crown OC-150 Output Control Console. I am the original owner of this Crown stereo audio system. I purchased the equipment new in 1975 from The Audio Shop, a Crown dealer in Terre Haute, Indiana where I was an audio salesman.
I have the original Crown shipping boxes, original Crown Instruction Manuals
for each component, original Crown Proof of Performance factory test reports,
original dated Crown purchase invoices, and the original Crown Warranty
This equipment was used in my personal home audio system for
many years and is in excellent condition with no scratches, dings, or gouges. This equipment has been cared for personally and was never commercially used like so many Crown amps on . I
have tested the equipment and it is in excellent operating condition and sounds
amazing. Here is a chance to own one of the most popular vintage audiophile
systems from the 1970s.
For those not familiar with Crown DC-300A
power amplifier performance, here are the specs:
Crown DC-300A Power Amplifier
Output Power: 155 RMS Watts per channel into an 8 Ohm Load with THD of 0.05%
Hum and Noise: -123dB at 150 Watts
into 8 Ohms (20 – 20 kHz)
Frequency Response: 0.1dB at 1 Watt
into 8 Ohms
Winning buyer must complete checkout within 48 hours
of sale close and pay via PayPal within three days of sale close. PayPal
is the only form of payment accepted. After paying, the equipment will be
shipped out within a few days. Shipping will be done via UPS Ground with tracking numbers provided. I am sorry about the shipping costs, but it is due to the weight of the power amplifier. If you live in the Los Angeles area, you can arrange to pick up
the equipment in person and save the shipping costs.
Please feel free to email your questions about my vintage Crown stereo audio system. Good luck!
