lettuce is tall and spindly

Need Help Bad. I have started some cucumber, lettuce and tomato plants, the problem is that the
cucumbers plants got very tall with two leaves and toppled over, also the lettuce is tall and spindly,
did I do something wrong? Can this be corrected?

Plants get tall and spindly from not enough light.
