what about pvc and the potential for release of chlorine gases in the nutrient solution. And the deference of pvci and nutrient solutions. Also how do the different grades of plastics react with nutrient solutions and for both questions the role of ultraviolet light on the plastics. And what about recycled plastics with both?

I have been using the same pvc systems for 15 years with no ill effects.
