powdery mildew!!!

anybody know a sure fire way to get rid of this white powdery mildew??? all over the young plants and the donors. never had this before.

any changes in humidity that would cause the mildew?

found this on the web

"Spray a solution of one part un-pasteurized whole milk to 10 parts water on the plants will stop the powdery mildew with just one application. Note that the milk is UN-pasteurized."
