what gph is the best to use?

How come you don't show any instructions on using solo cups in making the 11-plant system? Where can I find step by step instructions and what the final product looks like? Also, when using a drip emmitter, what gph is the best to use? Can a fogger sprayer be used and if so, how long should the pump run on for a 2 gph fogger with 32 units to water

Solo cups are only used to hold the medium that sit in the two liter bottles
