Is a 250 watt Metal Halide good for 11 plant system

Hi Ron Great site I have a question with the 11 plant system are 250 watt Metal Halide grow lights good for that system I am trying to grow pot I heard to use 25 watts per sq ft. so 250 will more then enough right

250 MH is the perfect size for the 11 or 16 plant garden.
400 W. is good for an approximately a 4ft. x 4ft. size garden.
1000 W. 6ft. x 6ft. garden.
Depending on how close you put the bottles to each other will determine how many plants you can add to your garden.
