Lettuce

I'm guessing at what your talking about here, it happens to mine to. The rest of the plant is health and the bottom leaves look spotty and yellowed. I don't find it a problem. I just remove them. Usually they are the first leaves to form. I think it's because they have been closest to the grow container. The humidity is higher, less air circulation and they receive less light as new growth forms. Makes them more easily attacked by microbes. Plants also will draw energy from older leaves to make new growth.
Makes them weaker.

How often are you changing your nutrient solution?
Maybe list what your technique your using and what nute's, lighting, temps, etc...that way, someone might be able to figure out if it's something in the works.

I think it is moisture, been removing leaves.
Now it's bolting, know any good ways to stop that, chilling solution, too expensive, was told planting to just right moon should prevent.

Bolting always occurred in my system when the plants reached a certain age, and also when the temps got warmer.
