This is Nutrient Mixing Directions in my Project 1000 Liters:

CaNO3 Calcium Nitrate 833 gr
K2SO4 Potassium Sulphate 223 gr
KNO3 Potassium Nitrate 450 gr
KH2PO4 Mono Potassium Phosphate 174 gr
MgSO4 Magnesium Sulphate 355 gr
TE Trace elements 25 gr
NH4NO3 Ammonium Nitrate 29 gr

Looks like it's likely a nutrient or root problem.

1. What nutrients are you using?
2. How are you mixing them?
3. What's the pH?
4. What are you using in the black bags for a growing medium?
5. What's the nutrient temp?
6. What's your watering cycle?
7. what's the air temp, humidity like?
8. How often do you change the nutrients.
9. How many gallons is the nutrient reservoir, and how many plants is it feeding?

Acidity on the PH of 6
Regarding the size of the tank 450 liters
On the soil is rocky soil
Nutrient solution was replaced once every month
And constantly watching the PH

Well it looks like you edited the first post (I didn't see list of elements before). But on that note I cant give any advice other than try a commercially made nutrient first. I don't have experience with making them, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you know what your doing in that department, or at least willing to experiment and risk the plants on it.

I can give a list of symptoms related to nutrient deficiency and toxicity, but most of them look similar, and without really knowing what to look for and/or the nutrient requirements, as well as how to mix them so they don't bond, and becoming unavailable to the plants, that won't really help. To me it looks like Chlorosis, witch is simply saying it's some sort of nutrient problem that inhibits the chlorophyll they need. Although that can be caused by many things.

As for "the soil is rocky soil" you should not be using soil at all for hydroponics. Soil has nutrients in it. When you use soil in a hydroponic system you through off the nutrient balance. That causes nutrient deficiencies and toxicities also. The nutrient solution takes place of the soil completely, in regards to the plants nutrient needs. A growing medium (inert, "with no nutrients in it") allows the roots structure to support the plants weight.

and after seem it ,, i put Potasium hydroxide after that it come up to 6.8

I am not that familiar with the making of nutrients, yet. I am also learning. I have read of some people doing well with the advice from a person named Daniel. Here is a link to his website below. He has made a nutrient calculator and his site has some instructions to help. I have a feeling he may be of the most help to you. If I remember right, finding commercial nutrients in the UAE is not easy and shipping costs way more than the nutrients, so you might be best off sticking with making your own. I wish you well!

To be honest, wonderful Hydroponics

No problem with being from the United Arab Emirates, I only speak English but I think it's translated well on this site. Glad to hear the plants are doing better. As I understand it you washed off the "soil" from the roots, and placed them directly in the nutrient solution instead. That's good, hopefully they will recover quickly. Post more pictures as they continue to grow in the future.

P.S. Check out that nutrient calculator that Joe posted the link to, as far as I know it's in English but you may be able to translate it somehow.
