I have decided to leave this forum due to other time commitments.

It sounds like an interesting idea, and it will be fun to see how things progress. However I wont be able to participate (this season anyway). I just wont be growing any tomatoes this year. Right now all my time and money is being spent on the greenhouse venture. I have some mini sweet pepper seeds sprouted, but I wont be growing them in hydro either. It's getting to be summer, and with daytime temps regularly reaching the mid 90's already, I wont be able to keep the nutrient solution cool without using a geothermal (in ground) reservoir. With all the space taken up by the greenhouse, as well as the three 275 gallon reservoirs for it, there just isn't anywhere for me place another one. At least not now. But it will be fun to watch the competition.

It's not my contest, but I'm sure you can enter as much as you like. Just take as many pictures as you can of the plant/s, and the praised tomatoes on a scale. The contest dosen't have an end date, or even any entry requirements. It's basically just a thread to brag about your biggest tomato's. There is no prize in the end, so cheating is useless. In fact, size is not the only factor in tomatoes (or any crop), but quality is the biggest factor in a real contest. It's just a fun thing to do for those growing tomatoes... Post what you got/get.
