my question is about root rot ...

ron, can you please describe to me how initial stage root rot looks like ?

i have suspicion that i am experiencing partial root rot bec. my roots are yellowing and is brittle. it seems that the root growth is very limited and preventing some essential nutrients to be delivered to the main plant itself.

Root rot won't be brittle they are more like mush and will disintegrate upon touching them.
