cypress knees cut from the swamp
 

We have some raw cypress knees cut from the swamp. We'd like to find out how to remove the bark and clean them up so they look like the ones you can buy? Can you tell us how to get the bark off and shine them up?

You boil them in a big pot of water and linseed oil and the bark will fall off and they turn a pinkish color.
