Help with FutureGarden nutrients

Hi, I just almost finished my DIY NFT system... now I have a question about mixing the nutrients from FutureGarden... I have Grow, Bloom and Vigor.. how do I mix them for a 30 Gallon container...

Explaining what it is you are wanting to grow, as well as the stage of growth they are in. That would be the best place to start sense they are there nutrients, and know them best.
