Thank you for the update. I will have to look back at the lot number you previously posted and see if I have some from the same lot or not. I am hoping I don't :P If I do I will have to contact them and see if there is any help

Sorry to hear about your nute troubles, a couple of thoughts

Sorry to hear about your nute troubles. I'm in the SF bay area, and am actually using the Maxi series nutes. Never have had any trouble with the product, or with any of the local vendors.

One thing I have noticed, though . . .

Both the Maxi Gro & Bloom are very highly concentrated, and sometimes the powdered nutrients will "clump" together a little bit. If the Maxi nutes are just left sitting around for a while, and the package isn't sealed tight, it may clump together a bit, as it will react to even the tiniest amount of water vapor that it might be exposed to.

These Maxi formulas really react to water, seriously (well, after all, it is a hydro specific nute), so I when measure out my dosages for mixing, I take a bit of time to make sure the clumps (if there are any) are well broken up into sand sized granules.

It could cause some trouble if you overfeed, so measuring correctly does really count. However, when the dosages are right, the Maxi nutes do work!

Good luck - I hope you get things straightened out with the GH nutes.

everything was made right[except for the plants]but that's ok
have sense switched to the organic nutrients and am very happy with them
using Grodan rock wool for now with the new nutrients with a drip system/drain to waste

once we get some better weather here we have a new room [20 X 26] in an old school house to get the big system going

Here in the UP of Michigan the growing season is very short so the hydroponics work well..we are at the end of the food chain from Chicago and get the last of the left overs[nasty stuff]
