still have to add magnesium and calcium.

So, I've read a lot of places that with most nutrient solutions, you still have to add magnesium and calcium. Any idea why they aren't found in most nutrient solutions?

What purpose do they serve to the plants... or rather, what happens if the plants don't get enough magnesium and calcium?

I'm using Hydrofarm's nutrient (7-7-7) to feed my Calamondin orange tree... sitting in a gurgle system. The bottle claims 2% calcium and 0.5% magnesium. Do you think that's enough, or should I still add more?

Whew... sorry for all the questions. I've caught the hydro-bug and I'm obsessed!

thanks, felix.

Yes the commercial mix that I am using now requires that you add magnesium sulfate and calcium nitrate but Hydrofarm's should be balance enough as is unless it says otherwise on the label.

The shape is ensured for the themes. The argument of the aussie writer is formed for the mid of the citizens. The calculation is accounted for the parts. The parcel is deformed for the mid of the hopeful items for humans.
