What do you guys recommend for indoor grow lighting?

Hello,

I am building a indoor IBC system. For my grow beds plants, I am planning to grow a variety of salad greens, tomato's, broccoli, and herbs.

What do you guys recommend for indoor grow lighting? I have been on ebay and looked at the specialty LED grow lights. I'm not growing Marijuana....but, they all work the same right? Or can i get away with using off the shelf fluorescence fixtures?

.Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.

The easiest and most cost effective over the long term are LEDs. If you want to get more involved, HPS are powerful but require ventilation. I'd just go with a plug-n-play, high intensity, full spectrum LED lighting system. LEDs are really efficient these days and last forever. Try uponics.com for a good list. I have the G8 LED, but want to get the California Lightworks newest model as I expand my grow room.

Hydroppnic Grow Lights

We are not sure about it. But LED lights may work well. At our angular js services office we have plants and we are using these lights.
