Grow or Bloom

I am using the General Hydroponic Flora series nutrients and the nutrient calculator has amounts for the different stages of growth like mild growth, growth, transition and blooming. My question is with plants such peppers and strawberry that I am growing that do both at the same time should I use the amounts for growth and just add some extra bloom? Or will that raise the ppm to high and cause nutrient problems (I have no way to test the ppm or tds). Should I just fallow the nutrient amounts for growth and hope I get lots of strawberry and peppers or should I use the amounts for the blooming stage and hope the plants can still grow? The strawberry's and the peppers are in different systems with a ph of about 6.0 for both.

I use a part 1 part 2 and part 3 - in the growth section I use the 1 and 2 in the bloom I use the 2 and 3 by directions on the part s,

Yes Thanks, I e-mailed their tech department and they suggested equal amounts of all 3 in the Flora series, gro, bloom and micro at 10mil each per gallon for both peppers and strawberries.
