using florescent lighting in the cutting/veg stages

Hey Ron Ive been reading that people have good success using florescent lighting in the cutting/veg stages. would it make sense to only use hsp during flowering or will that reduce weight? OB1

As long as you don't try and grow them to big. I have heard of some growers using only florescent for veg. then HPS for flowering.
