tissue culture cloning?

What is the skinny on tissue culture cloning? I only read a two page article on it but it seems highly superior to stem cloning. Where can I read more on the subject?

Disney World is into it heavily. I took a tour of their lab and filmed video. I will try to find it and post some pictures.
Somebody sells a small tissue culture kit but I can't remember who. I want to try it.
