That is a lot of light for that space but you can't have to much light especially when compared to the sun. If you had a two arm mover then I would use the
hps and 1 MH. You want to mimic outdoors as much as you can when you try to grow indoors. That means temperature around 75 - 80 degrees and add a fan for the wind because it helps to strengthen the plant stems.
