Hey Fire! Do you know the humidity? I've had a problem before with humidity and pollination. I expect though if you've run a fan on them for 30 minutes, it would take care of that though. I know that the yellow/red spectrum of light (2700K hps) helps increase fruiting and/or flowering. I don't know if it aids setting of fruit or just flowering though... Hopefully someone else more experienced will help. As a newbie, I'll stick with my humidity and color temperature ideas.
