You can always do that Pete, but keep in mind that this kind of "green biochemical weaponry" is rather for preventive and systemic treatment as for disinfecting the Greenhouse. Such lightly toxic substances are in fact not fatal, but prevent bugs and such from feeling at home, feeding slowly until they dye from hunger, suffocate slowly etc. These should also interfere with their reproduction cycle, actually preventing it etc. Neem for instance is very light (UV) sensitive and it's active substance will vanish in less then 24 hours if exposed to sunlight. Nicotine instead, will be needed in such high concentration that it isn't healthy at all for you either.

These substances will help when sprayed as a systemic prevention on the plants. They're not well suited for disinfection of the area. I'd rather save them for later and use Sodium hypochlorite based bleach instead or any alternative, but real greenhouse disinfectants.
