I also tried organic one season and the smell was to much. Imagine a hole greenhouse full of slime.
Algae growth is caused by your water source exposed to sun light or artificial light. Try covering
anywhere your water is exposed to light if possible.
Algae isn't harmful to plants but will rob them of
nutrients if not controlled
