Although it's true that I just use soap and water, as well as a scrub brush/sponge to clean my pumps, and don't want to use bleach on the pumps. I see no reason you couldn't soak them in Hydrogen Peroxide (H202). It didn't occur to me to mention it because I haven't done that either. I just haven't felt a need to sanitize the pump itself because I wash them so frequently. But if I wanted to sanitize the pump itself, I would soak them in H202.
