No problem with being from the United Arab Emirates, I only speak English but I think it's translated well on this site. Glad to hear the plants are doing better. As I understand it you washed off the "soil" from the roots, and placed them directly in the
nutrient solution instead. That's good, hopefully they will recover quickly. Post more pictures as they continue to grow in the future.
P.S. Check out that nutrient calculator that Joe posted the link to, as far as I know it's in English but you may be able to translate it somehow.
