My first post.
I am having problems germinating spinach
seeds. I have a 1800 sq. ft. NFT commercial lettuce operation and am trying to grow spinach along with the lettuce. I have very poor germination rates with the spinach when the lettuce does great.
I mostly have pre-sprout seed in paper towels in cool temperatures.
I read somewhere on line about soaking the spinach seed in a dilute bleach solution.
Just wondering if anyone has had success with spinach seed germination?
