Calibrating EC/ppm meter
I bought a multi meter from a hydroponics shop that doesn't seem to have anything written about it online and the instructions that came with it are minimal. It's a EC-1385 meter. Does anyone have this one?
The instructions say to calibrate it in 12.88 EC solution then in 1.41 EC solution. I found the 2 solutions online and have them now but it seems crazy to try to get the meter up to 12.88 EC. The meter hardly moves at all when I turn the screw. Has anyone done this?
