Make sure the
pump is fully submersed in water and check that the propeller inside the pump isn't
stuck. The air pump can be used to add air bubbles in your
nutrient tank. Buy an air stone and hose
at a fish store that hooks to the air pump and lay the air stone in the tank so it will come on when your submersible pump comes on.
