thinking of purchasing a water conditioner

Hi Ron, I am thinking of purchasing a water conditioner to add to my system's nutrient solution. I heard that it helps the plants absorb the nutrients in the solution. Do you think it would be aw good investment? Thanks Ron. great site!!
