Man that is awesome, I can NOT wait till next year!!!!
I was actually thinking about getting some sort of hook set up, kind of like something you'd wrap your water hose around. And just keep wrapping my vines around it. |

Wrapping the vines is a wonderful way to help control indeterminates. I am probably going to have my maters set a little low in a bucket and then run the vines around the bucket and burry in medium to promote some extra root growth, then wrap them around the buckets. (using 5gal buckets)

Yes, well I was going for something like this...
(link to images from Crop King's website) Wrapped Mature Tomato Vines | CropKing.com Hydroponic Tomatoes over Dutch Buckets | CropKing.com Hydroponic Tomatoe vines with ripe tomatoes | CropKing.com While my vines are VERY flexible, they do have a limit, and the tighter you want to wrap, the more often you have to tend to them. I like the layering system myself. Next season they will be on top of the bucket! ...maybe... |

So have you all ready began growing for this year? I was thinking about getting my seed's started. Wife really want's mater's by April. Figured i'll start my post's soon. I plan on using the site to help me keep from making all the mistakes i made last year.
Found out the biggest mistake i think i made. There was a time i had to let the wife do it for a week. And the water temps i found out after going back and reading the log got into the 100degree mark.... |
