Default tomatoes commercially

I presently grow tomatoes commercially hydroponically. I want to expand into peppers and cucumbers. Does anyone have any information on growing these crops on a large commercial basis, or any suggestions on alternative crops which have proven to be lucrative. We mainly wholesale to stores in our area and would like to enlarge our product line. I can be reached by e-mail at tbiaggi98@yahoo.com THANKS!!

Here in Florida peppers of all kinds are one of the easiest plants I can grow hydroponicly but I haven't been able to grow cucumbers to completion without a problem with whitefly's.
