Newbie - want to produce fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) and ruta (Ruta graveolens)

Hello everybody.

I'm new to the forum and new to hydroponics. I want to produce fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) and ruta (Ruta graveolens). Anyone here ever tried to produce this two species with hydroponics techniques? I'm searching for the fastest production method of these two species using few space (10 m x 5 m). I already read some guides in order to be familiarized with these methods. Anyone here could guive any info about the method for these two species - fertilizer, pH, grow speed....
