Default alternating the two types of light

Hello Ron!! I just wanted to know if a 2 arm sun cycle type of thing can be replaced by alternating the two types of light around my plants?

Is this really better than normal agro lights? ..one more thing:

What kind of glue is the best?
(btw, thanks for this fabulous site!!)

Pascal

I guess it would be better than stationary lights.

By normal agro lights I take it you mean those grow bulbs or tubes. They are good for cuttings or seedlings but your not going to grow much without using hps or MH.

Regular PVC glue.
