collard greens????????

First, I like to say what a very informative site, have actually enjoyed reading the forums, now, my question, I live in central florida, and would like to grow some collards in the 11 pot system, can you grow these in the 16 ounce cups, and I know they are a fall crop, but, when would you start these, one other question, those white bottles, are those one gallon bleach bottles, thank you for any response
