If you germinate seeds with a wet napkin, could you explain to me your method for doing so?

Fold a paper towel twice and place the seeds between the wet towel and place it in a plastic
sandwich bag. Check them daily because they will start to germinate pretty fast. Carefully place them
in the rockwool cube when they are big enough to grab hold of.
