Default Baby Watermelon & Strawberries in Basement?

I have a finished basement I've got tomatoes, bell peppers, cukes & some herbs growing down there under led (blue/red combo) lights.

While I decide how well this works for me, I'm growing in soil (so not really hydro). If everything works out well, I plan to go hydro next season. They haven't even started to bud yet, but I'm thinking about the future now.

I'm interested in adding baby watermelon (aka sugar babies) and strawberries. Will WM & SB have any issues? I've read that both need pollinated by insects. Will I need to do them by hand or something (I've been told that I won't need to worry about pollination with the other veggies/herbs)?

Thanks.
