Default how many plants can i get in 6'x 4'x7'

a question about the good stuff, i now have a 6'x 4'x7' grow area what size system, how many plants can i get in that size room. i have a little experience with ebb and flo, what type of system would you recommend. also lighting i was thinking 2 430watt sunago or 2 1000watt. mh, and hps. thank you for your input and thank you for your time.

What ever system you use you should allow 1 sq. ft. per plant. That would be 24 plants with no room for you though.
