Default How big should the sprouts be in rockwool starter cubes

How big should the sprouts in rockwool starter cubes be before transfering to the 11- plant garden? I'm worried about putting them in too soon and overwatering them. The starter cubes seem to hold water for a few days(still wrapped though). Whaddaya think Ron?

When you see roots starting to spout from the starter cubes is the time to transplant them. Make sure the water rises high enough to wet the cubes or they will be toast.
