Default Aluminum PCB+ Vertical Hydro Attempt

Hi Guys, After years of lurking and failed experiments I've finally got something to talk about!

I've been growing some basil and tomato plants using a DIY led array in a vertical hydro setup. I was running the setup "on" 24/7, assuming the tomatos would automatically flower but I've recently realized that without some "sleep" the things will stay in veg forever!
