I have not done it as of yet, although 400W for a florescent light sounds like a lot. But if that is what your florescent light fixture has in it that is what I would use (this only applys to florescent lighting). Just take the ballast out and take it down to the home improvement store and tell them you need another one to match. P.S. I have never done it so I cant say if it's accurate, but it looks good to me.
